I wouldn’t look at the AIRAC cycle being shown in the MCDU. Just check in your Content Manager, if you can see the correct AIRAC cycle in there from Navigraph. You’re on the correct AIRAC cycle, even if the MCDU is showing otherwise. Don’t worry about it too much.
If you’re using A32NX stable version, perhaps you should consider using the Dev or Custom version where they had a lot more features and updates which “may” solve the AIRAC date displays in the MCDU.
