Airbus A220 Complete Pilot Guide

oh, Ill have a look, I assume at the top of the thread

Edit - found it thanks :star_struck: :+1:

That is a thoroughly beautiful piece of work. Honestly, well done and thank-you. I wish all Manuals created would be this excellent.

Well still a long way to go, this is only FCOM 1 (systems), FCOM 2 is about the same size . Anyway, you don’t have to read the full 2500 pages, only 120ish :upside_down_face:. For a real type rating course you would be able to get quite far with what is in here.

Beyond brilliant, no need to say anymore….

@A220driv3r You are doing fabulous work here. Will you perhaps consider a series of YouTube tutorials post-release?

I’m not sure about that, I assume Synaptic will offer some tutorials.

I have been struggling a bit figuring out what format to use. I think i will settle for this, let me know if this is clear enough:

Call-outs:

Procedure flow:

Power-on:

Pre-flight:

Departure briefing:

Will do when Azure let’s us see the pic’s

Maybe inibuildes will have their A220 release before Christmas?

I think it is great. I like especially the repetition of the pre-flight flow lines in procedure panel and pre-filght panel. It makes it very clear.

inibuilds are doing an A220?

Sort of. Synaptic took them on as a partner as they were apparently struggling with certain aspects of the plane that would benefit from the expertise of a larger developer.

Yeah except there hasn’t been an update since FSExpo. So vapourware??? Or abandonware? I feel like it will come out around the same time as Majestics Dash8…. Just in time for FS2030?

They shared more previews quite recently.

Oh? I’ll have to go back and look. LOLOL. Ironic sine both the A220 and Dash8. Are Bombardier products….

Well were until Canada once again failed its Aviation industry

I don’t think they’ll cancel now IniBuilds are involved. They said it’s not too far off release, and Ini aren’t known for sharing regular previews and updates. A lot of their stuff just… appears.

They’re simply mirroring the real A220’s development process…

Most of the ground procedures done, take-off next :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

(Before) Take-off:

Just a question as pertains to msfs 2024. Given these copilots just sit with their hands in their laps, the sections for the copilot will still need to be done by the pilot/simmer. Have I interpreted this correctly? Or is there an A220 coming out where there is a functioning copilot?
