Very much looking forward to your expert assessment of how good the Synaptic A220 actually is once it has been released, based on your detailed critique of the ATR.
Well unfortunately, I put this hobby on hold and don’t even have MSFS installed on my PC at the moment. Maybe I will change my mind at some point, but for now I won’t be flying it in the sim anytime soon.
From what I have seen online, it is very accurate minus the things that are not implemented yet. The ILS intercept and other real world bugs the aircraft has seem a bit exaggerated. The flight model seems to represent the FBW and speed trim really well.
Otherwise from a system perspective it seems really well done. And of course the visuals are really good, not like the ATR with wrong cockpit geometries, DU size and placement and panel colours. It looks and behaves exactly like the real thing.
I have no clue about performance, fps etc.
Why have you left the sim? We appreciate your accurate reporting of stuff and corrections, your points of view. Come on back!
Probably waaaaay to busy flying IRL…. 
That as well, but also don’t have the energy to deal with this frustrating piece of software anymore
