I’m currently facing a couple of issues on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and I’m hoping someone here can help. Here are the problems I’m experiencing:
Airbus cockpit gauges display issue: The gauges are completely white, making it impossible to read the instruments. This happens with all Airbus models available in the simulator.
Online air traffic problem: It seems like there’s a synchronization or display issue with the online traffic. Either it doesn’t appear correctly, or it’s completely missing, even though I have a stable connection and settings enabled.
I’ll attach a screenshot of each issue to provide more context. If anyone has encountered these problems or knows how to fix them, I’d greatly appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance for your help!

If the community can replicate your issue, first search the Bug category to see if there’s an existing topic. If it already exists, contribute to that report. Duplicate bug reports will be closed.
If you believe it is a new report and no duplicate exists, then create a new bug topic using the provided topic template.
All issues caused by or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports.
Thank you for your help and suggestions.
I followed the settings provided and checked the options as shown in your screenshots.
However, despite these adjustments, I haven’t noticed any changes.
The issue persists, and the same message continues to appear regarding the online air traffic.
I’m open to any further ideas or solutions.
Thanks again for your assistance!
My almost no traffic issue started in msfs2020 in late October. Everything in that program was working great for years then started after ‘srgt destr0y’ (who apparently has left this new program) (it still shows in msfs2024 as the last person I’ve flown with, and he was) asked me to be their friend, I accepted, and he or she asked me to join their party, I accepted. Next thing I saw was an empty sky with ‘srgt destr0y’ flying around bumping into everything.
I left his party and blocked him or her and restarted msfs2020 and ever since I’ve never seen any more than 1 or 2 players and a few ai aircraft flying anywhere, including places like NYC and LAX.
In mid-November I loaded msfs2024 for the first time into a new pc, thinking the almost empty sky problem would go away, it didn’t. I saw the identical almost empty sky as it looked in msfs2020. I also can’t see any of my 29 friends and they can’t see me.
I contacted support, Roberto and he suggested numerous things to try but nothing worked to bring back the live traffic I had before. After 3 or 4 days I think we both gave up. I believe both msfs2020 and msfs2024 programs are corrupted. Is there any way I can delete ‘srgt destr0y’ from my program? He still shows up in my friends’ area in msfs2024.
I started flying Microsoft Flight Sim II in 1983 on an IBM pc, I’ve had all the msfs programs since then and never had a problem like this one. I paid almost $200 dollars for the Aviator program and hope someone can figure out what’s going on.
My request ticket number was #233777
thank you
I also have the same problem with tcas white screen with all airbus aircraft and traffic synchronisation that stops all the time. microsoft never release a working product, each time it takes one year to be usabled - they should have wait 2025
Hello I had the same problem I solved it with the graphics settings I gave a higher resolution and the problem was solved and the live traffic popup didn’t appear again
