@hhelikopter4891 and other readers - the Third Party Forums are provided as a courtesy to the Third Party Developers and the Sim User base to discuss third party products in a general conversation.
Customer Complaints, Detailed Technical Conversations that approach or meet the threshold of technical support and other Customer Relations requests such as product feedback, feature requests etc., are not allowed on the MSFS Forum, per the pinned posts in all the Third Party subforum categories.
