Hey I have setup throttle 1 axis, 2 axis, 3 axis, 4 axis and I cant get reversers work
cant find any good threads, only toggle reverse thrust which is janky (press button and go full toga)

the number is bc your button/axis is binded twice or more
Use search by input and press the control in question.
Can’t recall off the top of my head but those reversers are classed as a button press by default. But as you say, it’s basically full reverse. You might need to look into ‘LAXIS-Z’ which may be the one you need? (from memory of setting it a while ago).
AirNott on YT did a quick short on how to set them up (was for FS2020, but should work with FS2024) - worth a search to find it.

i know what the number ,means, but i cant see the last letter of the binding. Example: … Axis Y
Cant see the Y
