They’re usually in the cloud though. Have you tried unplugging or replugging again?
Also, make sure you check your engine mode switch at the bottom front. A lot of people reporting this issue is because they accidentally moved the switch from Engine 1&2 mode to the Engine 3&4 mode without them realising, which prompts the sim to detect it as a separate piece of hardware, so your profile are not downloaded for them.
