Aircraft Capture Tool Generates Solid Black Image with DX12 Enabled (AMD 6900XT)

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Enable DX12, restart, Enable Developer mode, Go to Profile > My Hanger, Use Aircraft Capture Tool
Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):
