Many people like to tinker with their aircraft and I think Xbox users would like to have this option too. You could add some sliders to the aircraft customisation page with a scale of 50% to 200%. Parameters could include engine thrust, overall lift, overall drag, mass, fuel economy and gear energy absorption among others. This gives an easy way to modify certain flight characteristics and quickly reset them to default.
