ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Only if i select training or exam flight tests the simulator becomes unplayable. There is no engine or aircraft sounds and there is serious constant lag and stutter as if i have a low end pc running at max settings. I can fly free flight and missions with no issues on medium graphics settings. Even if i set everything to the lowest possible graphics settings the training and exam flights are impossible due to the stutter lag and audio issues.

I have no addons yet.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Everytime i try training for PPL or CPL or the exam flights.

2x Logitech 3d pro fligh sticks.

No changes.
[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12?
Dx 11 and 12 has the issues.
[PC Only] Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version: I have a GTX 1650 super with latest drivers available.
[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share?
I have 16gb corsair vengeance rgb pro (2x 8gb)
