ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Accepting Cargo-Heavy mission for my A330-300P2F frequently spawns me at the Hold Short with the error “Airport issue detected…”

Since I haven’t had the opportunity to configure F-PLN, Fuel/ZFW, PERF, etc, I’m not at all confident that MSFS has properly configured the aircraft for me.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

When it occurs, every other Cargo-Heavy mission from this same departure airport will also spawn at Hold Short with the same error briefly appearing.

Issue has occurred at KMLU, KAPA, KPIT.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Career Mode

  2. Freelancer

  3. Filter by Aircraft: “Airbus A330-200”

  4. Select available mission (transfer aircraft as needed) and ‘Accept’.

  5. Cross fingers.

Hit this issue in an A330-200RR, RJTY airport. Attempted to takeoff anyways and crashed on some random bump that caused my plane to violently rock. Fun!

Add KMSY and KTEB to the list.

Tried configuring the FMGS on one of these occasions, only to find that MSFS wouldn’t respond to ENTER to execute the displayed mission step (Request clearance for takeoff). Opened Comm window to find no options but to switch to Ground, ATIS or to Cancel IFR (which would result in Mission Failure).
