If you’re referring to re-entering the world map to add a new flight plan, no. But you can do it like the real world… pull out some charts, plan a flight, and if equipped, enter it into your GPS or FMC. Then just take off and fly the plan.
The payload window is always available to change weight (pax or cargo) and add fuel.
