Anybody knows what new airports are included in the next World Update?
I supose I must unninstall all my 3rd party Spain and Portugal sceneries before installing the upcoming update .
I don’t have mine added right now…just in case. I can’t find info anywhere as to what is included. I’m not sure why they’re keeping that such a big secret.
Airports are :
- LESU
- LPFR
- LPPI
- LECO

What if I already have TDM LECO and want to keep it? will it cause CTD when WU8 with LECO will be installed?

Same here. I have TDM Leco and I want to keep it in the Sim.
I also own TDM LECO.
In the content manager you can uninstall Asobo Airports later and continue using your add-on airports like you wish

We can install the WU’s partially.
I’m not interest in POI’s, bushtrips or airports, I’m gonna install only photogrametry cities.
You can select only the features you want to install in the WU checkbox.
Edit: WU via marketplace doesn’t Let you choose what WU features want to install.
I was stupid and bought TropicalSim LPFR Faro airport 2 weeks ago. I only hope it’s better than this Asobo version…
Usually are. Especially the night lighting which is usually bog standard
I’m not sure. I have just read that Gaya Simulations handmade those airports and that TropicalSim LPFR is considered weak. I have Vienna LOWW from Gaya and it’s amazing. Well, the only way to find out is to test them both which I’m planning to do.
Well their LOWW is full payware, they will usually do “lite”-versions for Asobo’s WUs. Anyway I’d also like to know which is better for LPFR and LPPI: Asobo or TropicalSim?
With all the airports in Spain and Portugal, I think it’s crazy that they chose 4 airports that already have payware versions! Most of which have been out for quite a long time.

Crazy or not, they did it. And LECO is suspiciously similar to the TDM one (I know it because I gave pictures to the Author to change the tower adverts to the new Estrella Galicia’s).
TDM have the Estrella Galicia sign as well.
What about LPFR and LPPI, are they better than TropicalSim? Can’t try yet.
It does indeed. Since last update when I sent him detailed photos (which I asked to the advertising society responsible for making the ads. foils covering the tower sides).
Asobo’s airport looks stunningly identical… but might be pure coincidence
I deleted my previous posts because I took screenshots from merged sceneries (Asobo + TropicalSim). When I disabled Asobo LPFR in the Content.xml I could take screenshots from TropicalSim version only. And that is a completely different story.

With the exception of a better lighting of parking stands, the Asobo version of LPFR looks superior to me and I wasted money on the TropicalSim’s poor representation.
