I’m attempting to complete the Alaska Bush Flight activity.
I’m on leg #6 I believe and I have to fly to PAOU airfield. Now, I’m almost there flying towards NavLog point 13 and all of sudden my oil pressure drops.
This is the second time I’ve run this leg and the same thing has happened.
Is there a reason for this? Is it scripted?
I’ve managed both times to land at an abandoned air strip.
What else can I do now? How can I complete the flight?
Not sure about Alaska, but what I find odd about the bush trips is refueling; it currently only works using a workaround, see Refueling during bush trips - Archives / Bugs & Issues - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums.
Did you check your fuel level? I have bound that “repair and refuel” command to a key and use that during the trips, as I could not find out how to refuel properly. The usual menu options and keyboard shortcut for refueling don’t work during bush trips, even when I park right next to a fuel tank.
This happened to me too. After a few minutes looking around the cockpit I realised there were 2 fuel tanks I could switch between, one of which was empty (total fuel was still around 45%).
I just downloaded the USA world update but i dont see the new york to washington tour guide or any of the activities. Where can i locate them? I remember they use to be on the main page, gone now.
