All my AI FBW aircraft are having a ‘zen’ stand on airports. They don’t touch or contact the tarmac at the stands.

I haven’t seen this before, however on the FBW launcher you can download FSLTL which will replace all AI and live traffic. Just turn off the AI and you have new aircraft with liveries on the ground and in the air. This may fix your problem.
