All planes steer left upon take off after update

Hello,

Have the following problem since the latest update:
As soon as the tires don’t touch the ground anymore and I take off with full throttle, the planes steers to the left. Aileron and rudder are in neutral position in external view, so everything normal. I reduce speed the aircraft slows down. The airplane flies straight and then as soon as I fly even slower, the plain steers to the right. I control everything with the Xbox controller on the PC.

Strangely enough, I tested it again today and suddenly everything was fine with the F-35. Then I changed the aircraft (icon) and there the problem occurred again. Then I went back to the F-35 and there it occurred again. I have also tested a lot with the death zone etc., has not helped.

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?`
no

Here the problem can be seen nicely:

Thank you

It appears to me to be an issue with your controller not returning to center.
Have you calibrated it?

All rudders are in normal position and my controller is calibrated. Before the update everything was great.

Do you have any other type of controller plugged in?

Mouse, keyboard and my xbox controller.

See if any of the rudder commands are used by the mouse and the keyboard.
If so, (if you haven’t changed any settings, it’s definitely on the keyboard) delete those bindings and see if that helps.

I have also unplugged the keyboard and mouse and played only with controller. Has not helped

Having the same issue

I see a few posts in here with the same issues, seems like you’re not alone.

I have not read anything similar

Go to the search function at the top right.
Type in “plane steering”.
Quite a few threads on this show as a result, most veer to the left.

Yes since the release. My guess is the update and since no one writes anything

“Normal” position fro rudder on take off is NOT centered.

You need RIGHT rudder in a single prop plane

Mrs King will explain why better than I can type in the forum !!

It also occurs in the F-35. It is definitely either a binding problem or a bug. Before the update everything was great. I know the phenomenon from single prop planes

I don’t know if it will be any help, but a while back (pre xbox) the reactivity setting helped with a few cases when nothing else would.
It might be worth a try.

I noticed this effect yesterday with the JF Turbo Arrow, there was a very pronounced roll to the left when in flight. However, it was absolutely fine today.

Wind can have an impact on this as well.
Lots of wind from the left or the right can make the plane (even the F-35) sway and roll with neutral steering input.

Same issue here using Saitex (Logitech) X52 on PC. A320FBW, 0 wind and aircraft veers excessively to the right on takeoff run. This was not an issue prior to the recent hotfix. I know that with some aircraft, prop for example, the torque will cause the aircraft to turn but this is wildly excessive compared to the torque induced turning expirienced in prop planes prior to the hotfix.

How did you open the input viewer?
Because I’ve the same issue with my X1 controller added to the fact that even while flying, my plane always turns slightly to the left.
Of course, everything is properly centered.

Thanks!

It’s a mod: Input Viewer » Microsoft Flight Simulator

still no solution in sight
