No traffic at all in career mode on xbox

Description of the issue:

All air & ship traffic is absent in career mode on xbox.

Every time, 30 hours play time.

Check options.
Traffic in career is set off by default.

Afk, cant remember exact location, but its there.

On xbox its greyed out to real world online by default & makes no difference
