:white_check_mark: ISSUE DESCRIPTION

  1. Description of the issue:
All turboprop aircraft are very hard to taxi, even on idle they accelerate too quickly and I need to constantly apply brakes to stay on constant taxi speed.
Also, when I put the throttle to reverse, the propeller RPM starts to decrease and then the propeller completely stops.

  2. If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
    All turboprop aircraft

  3. Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
    Yes

:white_check_mark: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you? (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)
Every time

:white_check_mark: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue.

  1. Pick turboprop aircraft
  2. Release the parking brake and watch the plane to accelerate
  3. Put the throttle to reverse and check propeller RPM

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
• Yes, I’ve experimented this in KingAir c60 and in Draco

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• I’m using Bravo but throttle is normal in piston aircraft

If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:

I believe this behavior is realistic for turboprop aircraft. The airplane is slowed using beta when taxiing.
I’m enjoying the turboprop taxiing modeling, as the Kodiak and FSR500 were the only MSFS2020 planes that had this correct that I owned.

Well Kodiak now is speeding well above 20kts at low idle during taxi on concrete so I doubt it’s normal. Low idle is there to make taxiing possible without constant braking - and yes it was lot slower in FS2020.
Otherwise it worth trying as now pitch seems lot more controllable, not that oversensitive it was.

Guys, if you are using a controller, don’t try using the keyboard for taxiing.

Turboprops aircraft whhich were updated for MSFS2024 have a beta range, but only accessible with the keyboard, not through a controller

But my Immershun…? #kappa

I know, that why I opened that : Cannot use Beta range with a controller
