All who has problems with graphics(bad AA and so on), check that Geforce Experience Flight Simulator optimization is OFF.

is it related to this? Depending where I look I get 19 FPS or 45. Any solution?

I don’t use Geforce Experience yet still have these problems.

Next suggestion please?
