Oh no, even HP don’t list the RTX 3060 in there minimum workstation specifications. You’re going to struggle I fear. Of course low graphics quality isn’t going to tackle your CPU issues. You can try disabling AI planes, boats, cars etc. Try simple planes like the Robin D400. Change the Reverb display Hz from 90 to 60 and turn off photogrammetry. Use the preset low settings in the VR Graphics, enable DLSS… and pray!
