Have you tried calibrating it in the windows joystick app?
Press the Windows key + R to bring up the Run dialog box and type joy.cpl

This will bring up the Game controllers dialog …

Click on the Alpha flight controls and then the properties button you should see this…

Click on the settings tab at the top and then select Calibrate.

Follow the instructions for calibrating the flight yolk.
N.B. you might have to click on the next button on screen instead of a button on the yolk when it asks between each step of the calibration.
See if that helps. If not let me know I might have some other things you can try.
EDIT. Sorry just realised you said in Windows calibration it doesn’t move correctly, are you saying when you push the yolk forwards, it moves sideways in the calibration?
