We don’t know if it’s neither, we’ll have to wait and see.
Personally I don’t expect it to be as good, but it should be better than regular post-processing upsampling. Again, we’ll wait and see. We might be surprised, or it might be similar to the initial release of DLSS (which was pretty bad as well).
