Let the screenshots speak for me. Each screenshot was taken from the same location with the same settings. All I did was swap the CPU and fire it back up again.
First one is 3900x PBO/OC SMT On
2nd is 3900x All Core 4.4ghz and SMT Off
3rd is 5800x PBO/OC SMT On
Have bothered with SMT off yet for the 5800x.
