Orville & Wilbur 1904, Bonanza 1947, Baron 1961 … ‘digital’ was referring to fingers and numbers only back then, so I would say all of these are ‘historic’.
Personnally, I love how some developers have given us switches in their cockpits so we can switch options (MSFS2020) with instrucments and GPS/Map displays
