I recently purchased this plane but I dont know how to set the vertical navigation in the MCDU… is it possible to do it? and if so, can someone explan how to do it?.. thank you in advance

There’s no VNAV implemented yet. But they’re transparent about this on their website.

I have a problem with the S7 E170 livery because it has NO SOUND at all.
Its strange because I noticed that is the only one having a special folder for sound, the other E170 liveries doesnt have a specific folder for sound.
Someone having the same problem with the S7 E170 livery?

The latest / new update has an ils fix in it and now it also works on flytampa eham on v/l mode. So happy with that.
Yes, I had this in a couple of versions ago and have not flow 170 since.

Will this aircraft ever get on the marketplace? With fs2024 coming I want to be able to transfer it
Why do you need it on the marketplace to transfer it? Unless you are using a console, I’d get it through Contrail. They update the plane frequently and you don’t want to be depending on marketplace for updates.

Is anyone running this with the SU14 beta? I just downloaded the latest update and entered the beta now I don’t have any display screens working.
I thinks there’s a serious issue with this aircraft. Came back to it today to make a short hop (EGBB-EGAC) and my aircraft melted down!
It started at the origin airport with strobes not working. I thought that FSS programmed them to be on AUTO, aka turn on after pressure is released from main gear, but no. They just did not work. During the flight I noticed that both navigation lights float below wings.
On approach to the airport my PFD froze, MFD froze, EICAS as well, additionally my autopilot froze as well. I was not able to change heading, not able to descend, not able to capture localizer, my autothrottle was stuck at last command 180kts, my speed brake did not work at all, I was unable to use flaps.
It’s been a looong time since this aircraft is with us, I had it from teh very beginning and I got to say, I’m still NOT impressed.
Anyone any ideas?
I’m flying these in the latest beta14 update. Had to delete the e17x file then reinstall the plane again as my mfd screens were black after the 0.9.20 update. Working perfectly now.

Hmm… deleting and reinstalling sounds ok. I’ll try. Did you delete it manually or via aerosoft’s app?

Was it just the one folder you deleted? I tried but still have no display screens.
I deleted thru the Aerosoft one app
I have the same issue with floating navigation lights. What I do to fix it is just turning off and turning them on again and thats solve the issue, but the true is that we shouldnt see what to do to fix the bugs.
Also I had a very strange bug twice when landing… just inmediatly after touching, the airplane breaks and then I can not move at all 
no matter what I do the plane is stucked in the middle of the runway and there is no way how to move 
I really love the embraer but it still needs a lot of work to have a 100% enjoyable airplane. Hope the issues will be fixed soon!
Try braking manulally./ Most planes will disarm autobreak when brakes are applied manually. I had this issue back in FSX with MD11.
And regarding previous posts - No, we should not b e telling devs about such simple issues. These should have been sorted out way before plane has been released. I understand the concept of early access - small developer in need of cash to keep the project going, but this is a bit too early to my taste

I was thinking and came up with one thing I always did before experiencing frozen screens.
There’s a small MFD control panel below, two buttons, one knob and kind of a mouse thingy below each MFD used by real life pilots co move cursor around MFD. It generally does wok, there are click spots, but apart from distance change, it does not seem to be doing anything, so I mainly ignored it but on longer flights I did mess with this panel - turning knobs, pressing these two buttons. And I think, every time I touched it I got frozen screens.
Just my loose thoughts
For those that haven’t seen the announcement on discord there is a “mandatory” update available in Contrail and soon on Aerosoft One to fix issues caused by SU 14.
