As other folks have said, if you bought direct from us then you can log into your store account and retrieve your downloads. If you bought from Marketplace, well it should be in your downloads anyway

Thatās what I did and that didnāt work when I posted it back in April:
I tried again today but now it worked. So whatever the issue was back then it seems to be fixed now.
