Nearest Navaids is a Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 EFB application that displays nearby radio navigation stations around the user’s current aircraft position.

Features

  • Separate lists for VOR, NDB, and TACAN stations

  • Selectable distance ranges with bearing and distance information

  • Station type icons for quick identification

  • An information page explaining available navigation aids and tuning behavior

  • When a station is selected, the app can send the corresponding frequency or TACAN channel to the simulator radio system, supporting NAV, ADF, and TACAN tuning where applicable

Performance and purpose

  • Built with performance in mind for console users and users with lower‑spec PCs

  • Intended as a lightweight cockpit utility to help users quickly identify and tune nearby radio navigation aids directly from the EFB

The app will be available soon exclusively on the MSFS2024 Marketplace.

That’s looks like an interesting utility. I often browse this through the Garmins, but the buttons make it difficult. A touchscreen like this would make life easier for me.
