Annoying Tip pop up #msfs-2020

Can anyone help me get shut of this annoying pop up? I have all the assistance turned off and tooltips turned off in the sim, yet this little pop up comes on screen but not every flight. I can sometimes have a couple of flights and it doesn’t appear, and then the next time I fly, it suddenly pops up and there is no way to close it down, other than re-start the sim.
Has anyone any ideas what it is?

That looks like an external pop-up. Could be FS Traffic or another external add-on causing it. I don’t think this is triggered in-sim.
