I’d try running the high graphics preset and see what you get. My system (5800X3D and 3080) pulls 40 FPS @ 4K at this preset at KLAX MP and FSLTL gates loaded. I personally can’t see the point of ultra because it looks very similar to high minus a bunch of performance, except clouds which do look better at ultra.
