Anti-Ice increases Carb Temp even if the engine is off and airplane on ground

Carb Temp jumps up when Anti-Ice engaged, even if engine is off and the airplane is on the apron.

To reproduce, activate Anti-Ice on Robin while the airplane is on the ground, engine off.
