We need nothing less than multiple independent asymmetric view frustums. That would cover all the use cases from the classic triple-monitor through to blended perspective-corrected projector displays. Anything less and they will leave many simpit-builders out in the cold again. I’m not waiting until 2025 to use this sim in my setup. If P3D dies then I’ll have to go to X-Plane.
I really wish they had chosen to speak to those of us in the forum who have made it obvious we have complex display systems as expert users. I would happily have signed an NDA to be able to have the conversation. I still would, if you’re reading this, Asobo!
