For me - u7 was a disaster with no response on my problems.
If hotfix or u8 is not imminent, Could someone advice me on complete uninstall?
I mean complete with every tiny well hidden file removed?
I like to have the sim up and running for PMDG 737.

From my impression uninstalling removes MSFS completely but you can never be sure 100% if it didn’t install some sys file or other stuff it needs somewhere into the Windows folder. But most likely it will install that again next time anyway. Also there’s the likelyhood that MSFS clashes with other programs and components in the background like virus scanners, reporting or update services etc.
The only way I currently see to be sure you have optimal conditions, would be to create a second fresh clean Windows installation for MSFS only. Just the drivers and addons you need for MSFS. No Office no nothing.
