I won’t say with absolute certainty, since I don’t know what this guy’s work is like and I can’t personally test it (<5 fps over London for me since UK update), but I’d be leery of installing large Google photogrammetry rips like this.
These large scale city Google rips are typically made by 15 year old Timmy with zero technical skill or background who just watched a YouTube how-to video and ripped his entire city so he could fly over his house and then shared it on flightsim.to. These are typically large, very poorly optimized (if at all), cause your sim to take forever to load, and make your sim perform like garbage when flying over the area in question.
Unless someone who’s tested it can confirm otherwise, I’d go on this assumption, since all his downloads are just google rips.
