Hello, we have a similar system. I went from 3600 to 5800X3D with an RTX 3070. With a bios and chipset driver update, the performance increase was huge for me. Although, the 3600 was ok, it was starting to struggle with aircraft like the Fenix A320 with fps going down to 22 at Maccosim EGCC with full AI traffic. Since installing this CPU, my bottleneck is now the 3070 with fps in the same scenario around 45fps, everything is much smoother too.
BIOS and chipset update is a MUST, I’d do the bios before installing the 5800X3D, then chipset once installed so the installer knows which CPU is present. My advice is to get one, you should not be disappointed.
