Anybody successfully running 2024 on a 9700k or less cpu. Not sure of I should even try yet or stick with 2020 until I upgrade

Yes I run it on a 9700k@5ghz, paired with a 3060 12gb.
Running nicely on a 8600K 5Ghz with 2080ti and 64GB RAM, 12GB VRAM.
30FPS fixed, 2K Res.
I’m using a i7-4700k, gtx1070 8GB and 16GB RAM. Both CPU and GPU with moderate overclocking. Mainly CPU and VRAM bottlenecked.
With FSR in quality mode (2160p native) I consistently get 30 fps, except in large handcrafted airports. It also feels a lot smoother than 2020
Thank you all for the replies. I guess I will give it a try.
What graphics settings do you use? I have a 9700k also so just wondering before I make the leap to 2024
I use high preset with some settings turned down like shadows, I run it at 3840x2160. I could go higher but the Vram bug prevents me from doing this at the moment. I use AIG injector for traffic and I don’t use multiplayer. Also I use activesky so live weather is off too. I’ll post my settings for you later when I can get to my pc.
One thing that may be of benefit is turning off virtualization in bios and vt-d off too.
I also use reBAR enabled through Nvidia Inspector.
