In a simulator, when manual weather is set, it’s global. This is an industry standard, as it’s intended for training use vs pretending to be a pilot on a line flight.
So, (we aren’t talking about live weather here), if I manually set 100ft ceilings and 600 RVR, I want the entire globe to display this weather.
