Any workaround for twitchy pitch at lower speed?

Hello,

I use a T6000M joystick and tried many sensitivity settings recommended on this forum, yet I think the pitch twitchy behavior I experience since the early days of the sim, happens at specific lower speeds (i.e: approach landing speeds)

Example: C172, at and below 80 kts and as I go down to the landing speeds and during flare, the twitchy behavior become more and more pronounced as speed drops and flare becomes very difficult with slight touches on the Y axis.

Any workaround recommended for this behavior?

Thanks

Did you experiment with both positive and negative sensitivity values?

If you already have, could this be a “wear” issue?
If so, one thing that may help, is a dead zone.
If it is stick related, adding or increasing a dead zone would move the position that the joystick controls in, so if the “end” of its travel are not working correctly, that could help.

Just to follow up on this post:

@TheSevenflyer thanks for the advise, I experimented with many values and options in the Sensitivity settings for my T6000M and I found settings that made most aircraft fly in a relaxed way and enjoying this experience a lot.

In the past, I was hesitant to touch the sensitivity value considering that the developers of 3rd party aircraft or Mods made them for default values of any controller they used to develop and test…

Now I think the sensitivity is something we need to adjust to make things feel true to life in the overall handling of the aircraft at different speeds and settings…

I still believe that every controller sensitivity and customization (buttons) saved as a preset would be great to associate to one or more aircraft and gets loaded automatically with each model as the other sim does.
