Brief description of the issue: Loading circle bottom right keeps spinning making it unusable.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered: Loading a flight - loading symbol ( circle spinning ) - bad stuttering - unflyable. Just started tonight for me. 845 EST.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant: 10900K - 3090 - 64Gigs Ram - 1 Gig line.
