Nice. How about 9A0 to 0GE5 - Lumpkin to Mountain Airpark near Cleveland. I was up there for a wedding not too long ago. Maybe try and find Mount Yonah and or Helen, GA on the way.
I grew up in Dawsonville/Dahlonega so thatās right in my area on knowledge! Mount Yonah and Amicalola Falls would be good. Also Brasstown Bald.

While technically not in Georgia, Iām at least close by and can be there in minutes (or simply a click of the mouse on the World Map screen!). Appreciate your opening up a Discord channel which didnāt kick me out for the technicality. Now I guess Iād better behave myself as well, haha! Very new to Discord, but will try to figure it out on the fly.
Anyone is welcome and thank you for joining! It will be great to have more active users on the Discord for group flights and events.

Yuppers. I saw a couple of people in a text channel, but was spending Wednesday afternoon shattering windows around West Palm Beach while connected to a voice channel. Saw a few texts flash by, but I canāt multi-task at allā¦hard enough to handle push-to-talk, much less try to read text on a small inset screen while supersonic at 2,000 ft. Oh yeah, I did say I needed to behave myself, didnāt I? Sorryā¦wonāt happen again (wink, wink).
Anyway, Iām in Hammond Louisiana - pretty lucky to have the long runways at KHDC here in town. And while I do fly out of there a lot in the game, Iām more of the type that simply spins the globe on the World Map screen, closes my eyes, and sticks my finger (or clicks my mouse) on the globe to find out where Iāll be flying this time.
Looking forward to meeting folks in game and in the channelā¦ Off to rattle a few more windows tonight, haha !!

Yes I do. Iāve off the sim for a little while. I have been working on a new switch box (panel).

Glad to meet fellow Georgians. I just wrote a post on the airports thread, but Iām ITP ATL (āhomeā airport is KPDK which is just a couple turns away from my place, though Iād rather be at the beach most of the time on our Golden Isles coastline or near KSAV). Just love flying rotary wing all over this beautiful state and the south - could do without any fixed wing.

While Iām not in GA, I am right next door in Upstate SC. I would enjoy getting to know my neighbors and join a group that is at least in my time zone.
