What settings are you on for Terrain LOD?
What CPU and GPU do you run?
Streaming capacity can definitely impact it but actually London is not the best example in the game. It’s pretty wonky at the best of times and not so well optimised like the newer PG cities. Try a big city in Australia and see if it looks better.
