After the UK update it seems to be gone. I looked in bush trips where I thought I would go and it doesn’t seem to be there. Not sure why they would make that a limited time thing.
The Alaska one is still there. The East Coast one wasn’t a Bush Trip, it was a limited time flight like the Iconic Flight right now. That being said, you can download it on Flightsim.to
