YES! Finally…at least that I knew of. 
When was this fixed? Recently or is this old news?
That was added along with the OBS mode in Sim Update 3, I think they were just less vocal about the Track Up option in the patch notes.

There were a lot of things not in the original patch notes. They put out an amended list, but lots of people didn’t see it.
