I run similar 3060ti on a i7-6 w/16 gigs. but I run in 4k (it just looks better that way). DLSS is terrible here too, TAA gives the best picture. DX 11 or 12 ? well sometimes DX 12 works here and sometimes it doesnt, havent quite figured this one out as to why.
So with that being said, I would say use the one that gives you best results. I run everything on Ultra and it will get 36 fps but with stutters, its feels like my machine is waiting for the data to arrive from the server to be honest, if I lock vsync and set it to 20 everything is drawn in, looks good and the scenery moves by at a nice clip.
