I’m using a 3060 12gb (non Ti) with a i7 9700k at 3.60ghz up to 4.9ghz turbo. I was at 5ghz but realized that there is no need to overclock for good results in the sim. Also using 32gb Corsair Vengeance RAM @ 3200mhz.
I usually just fly the TBM as I have made a physical panel for that aircraft using a second monitor and a couple of tablets. With the settings I have, I can keep 60fps with dlss on quality on a 1080p main TV 40 inch, and a 1400x900 monitor 19 inch both with a custom resolution of 2560x1440p.
A mixture of ultra, high for most of the settings in the sim.
