Did you try to remove everything from your Community folder?
Do you use Navigraph?
I haven’t seen this in my sim.

I moved this to Community Support.
Given the fence in the background, it looks like you have a custom airport.
Looks like there are two issues in that custom airport:
- The developer didn’t put an exclusion polygon around the existing windsock when they added their own, so there are two.
- There was a bug up until Sim Update 4 where windsocks across MSFS were 180° off. A lot of airport designers turned their windsocks around 180° to make them correct. However, after Sim Update 4, some of them didn’t update them to put them back the right way.
And just to be sure about this, I visited YBUD:
I would recommend contacting your airport developer and letting them know that this is an issue.
