I just purchased Simple Traffic from Aerosoft.com, but I can’t find the access link to my account to download it. There’s no link to member login on the webpage, no link in my email receipt, and their support won’t be available until next Monday. Check the contact info on this page. They have an e-mail contact box.
I think you need the Aerosoft One app for it.
Search it, download it, install it, log in with your user, and there should be some section with “my downloads” where you can install Simple Traffic (or other purchases)

No, it’s a PC app from Aerosoft. In that page I linked, look in the upper right for this link to download.
Install and login and it will be in your library waiting to be installed from this app.
