Hello,
Sometimes I am in a heavy scenery enviroment, sometimes not. So I would like to be able to switch between graphic settings profiles. Is there any way to save you grapich settings and load another settings when you want? Just like you are able to do with the controller profiles?
Can I perhaps find a graphic settings cfg. file somewhere that I can find and save to load the divers profiles? That would be quicker then verytime altering all these settings.
If anyone knows, please let me know.
Greetings,
Boudewijn
Most of the graphics settings are stored in the UserCfg.opt file which on my system is located in %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache

Thank you for the reply, I shall look into it. Greetings, Boudewijn
If you find this file usercfg.opt make a copy of it by save it under another name (suggest might be usercfg.opt—》1024_usecfg.opt, as refererence to resolution saved in the file)
The original file could be used to change settings and when exit the sim and give it again another name.
Now if you got a bunch of them make a directory and copy the backup different usercfg.opt s to this fresly made directory.
If you want specific want to fly certain airplane with certain setting than copy the want to use file back to main dir and overrite the name and voila it is there
If the sim says file is different from cloud and gives you a choice which file to load, choose the one from local pc.
The benefit of this extra directory is imo you keep the profiles together and close to the sim.
