Try it.
If it helps, good, if it doesn’t, turn the setting back.
A lot of these type of issues did arise from the last patch.
If your issue isn’t the turbulence mentioned above, you have nothing to loose by trying, and it could cure the issue, but like any “fix”, results do vary.
