Approach Transition for CRJ 700 Flight Plan

If I add an approach transition to my flight plan during the flight, the legs appear correctly on the FMS, but the MSFS VFR map does not reflect the updated plan. How can I get both the CRJ 700 and MSFS to show the same route?

You cant, the FMC and MSFS plan view are not connect.

You can use simbrief, download MSFS2020 plan and load into MSFS planner.
