Yes, however, MS has always taken a very strict stance I’m guessing to avoid the slippery slope of planes depicted in any type of warfare. Probably not the market segment MS ever envisioned for this product.
I don’t wanna blow stuff up, I just want realistic depictions of historic aircraft like anyone can find in a history book. ![]()
Thank you for your kind words. I did not know these rules. Nevertheless, congratulations to you ZILlNIAZI17.
The Hispano cannons are within those cannon fairings. On the real aircraft the cannon pokes out of the fairings, on the Flying Iron model on the Marketplace, they do not. It’s just the fairings that are modelled.
Ah this is news to me. I thought the whole protrusion was cannon barrel. I suppose this means the spitfire should have stayed the winner. Let’s see if they change it back
At one time MS had “Combat Flight Sim”… it was open source and ended up killing itself lol
Our next Developer Livestream is coming up next week on Wednesday, April 24th at 10:30am PDT (1730 UTC).
Is this still happening? The schedule on Twitch is showing nothing for today.
Haven’t seen anything about moving/cancelling it, so I’m assuming it will be on in about an hour. Guess I’ll check then and see what’s up!
Regards
Hello @CommanderTin,

Is there a link - I can’t see anything on the schedule on Twitch thanks
Last I looked, the schedule didn’t say anything for today, but it’s confirmed to be on shortly. I suspect it will just pop up shortly.
Regards
Not always, remember Combat Flight Sim? That was MS exploring the venue but they made it open source so players immediately started the mods to enhance ammo and guns…and it killed it.
